Yes. You only pay your monthly premium. All of º£½ÇÉçÇøÏÂÔØ's digital services are included.
All of your data is stored securely on a server in Germany. Only selected employees at º£½ÇÉçÇøÏÂÔØ have access to the data that is relevant to them. We only disclose your data with your consent, for example, when we make an appointment for you. This can be done conveniently via the Concierge service in your app.
º£½ÇÉçÇøÏÂÔØ also works without the smartphone app. You may also, of course, communicate with us or submit your bills by mail. Our team would be happy to advise you.
º£½ÇÉçÇøÏÂÔØ policyholders have been able to use telehealth appointments since November 2017. Digital doctor's appointments can take place 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., including on Sundays and public holidays. Simply use the Concierge service in your app. We will send you the declaration of consent and invite you to take part in the telehealth appointment. As soon as we have your consent, we will send you access codes to activate the eedoctors app.
